The delegation from Macro visited Jinchao New Materials for factory inspection and audit

On November 18th, a 4-member delegation from Macro, a well-known domestic home appliance enterprise, visited Shandong Jinchao New Building Materials Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as Jinchao New Materials) to conduct an on-site inspection and evaluation on the enterprise's strength, R&D capability, quality management, operating status and other aspects, laying a foundation for the subsequent cooperation between the two parties.

At the beginning of the inspection, the expert group from Macro first carried out a document review session in the conference room of Jinchao New Materials. With a rigorous and meticulous attitude, the expert group conducted a comprehensive and detailed verification of the company's business qualifications, procedure documents, customer satisfaction survey records, after-sales problem handling processes and other materials, with a focus on the operation of the enterprise's quality management system. As a high-tech enterprise holding multiple management system certifications such as ISO9000 and ISO14000, Jinchao New Materials' complete document system was recognized by the inspection team.

Subsequently, the delegation went deep into the production workshop for on-site inspection. At the workshop site, the expert group successively checked the equipment ledger, the implementation of production plans, the workshop organizational structure chart and the qualification certificates of key position personnel, and from time to time stopped beside the production line to learn about the product process flow in detail. As one of the first domestic enterprises to introduce German Battenfeld and KraussMaffei production lines, Jinchao New Materials left a deep impression on the inspection team with its standardized on-site management and advanced production equipment.

The evaluation of R&D capability was one of the key contents of this inspection. The expert group checked on-site the new product development process, R&D standard documents and product technical standards of Jinchao New Materials, and visited the enterprise's laboratory and R&D achievement exhibition area. When informed that the company had obtained more than ten product technology patents and been recognized as a "Shandong Gazelle Enterprise" and a "Shandong Specialized, Sophisticated, Unique and Novel Small and Medium-sized Enterprise", the inspection team affirmed the company's R&D strength.

With years of experience in producing supporting auxiliary materials for well-known water heater enterprises such as Haier, Midea and A.O. Smith, Jinchao New Materials has accumulated rich technical and management experience in the field of water heater supporting auxiliary materials, which also provided a solid guarantee for this factory audit.
